Space Assessment
We survey the space, review existing conditions, and understand your operational and brand requirements.
Interior Concept
Floor plan, finishes schedule, lighting concept, and 3D renders. All approved before work begins.
Detailed Design
Technical drawings for all bespoke elements. Contractor coordination and material sourcing.
Construction
ZVEN manages the build: our own crew for bespoke fabrication, subcontractors for MEP and specialist trades.
Handover
Snagging completed, space cleaned, and handed over ready to use.
